01 — The problem

You've already tried the courses.

People don't fail because the material is too hard. They fail because nobody notices the moment they get stuck.

No path

A thousand tutorials, no order. You finish one and start another.

No one to ask

An error at 11pm. Three hours later, you close the laptop.

No accountability

Skip a week and nothing happens. Then skip two.

02 — How it works

From signing up to sitting in front of a recruiter

Five steps. No cohort to wait for.

1

Tell us where you're starting from and which track interests you. Three questions, two minutes. No payment at this stage.

Same day
2

Intro call

A real conversation, not a test. We work out what you already know, what you're aiming at, and whether we're genuinely the right fit. If we're not, we'll say so.

About 30 minutes
3

Learning

Your track, one-to-one. Length depends on your starting point and the hours you can give it — most people take somewhere between four and twelve months.

Résumé & LinkedIn

We rewrite your résumé around what you can now actually do, and rebuild your LinkedIn so it reads like a developer's rather than a career-changer's.

Recruiter introductions

We introduce you to recruiters in our network. To be clear: an introduction is not a job offer, and nobody can promise you one. What we can do is make sure you walk in ready.

How it works in detail

Why these six

We didn't pick them because they're easy to teach. We picked them because Canadian employers can't fill them.

4 of 10
of Canada's most in-demand tech roles for 2026 map onto these tracks
48%
of Canadian tech hiring managers plan to grow headcount in 2026
5%
say they have the skills and people to do it

Specialised beats generic. Every other school teaches the same web stack — which is why that queue is the longest. Demand isn't a job offer, but it does mean a much shorter line.

04 — What you'll build

Real things, running, with your name on them.

Not exercises. Applications you can hand a recruiter and talk about for twenty minutes.

05 — The method

You build first. Theory comes second.

Most courses spend nine weeks on theory before you build anything. Most people quit before week nine — then blame themselves rather than the sequence.

We invert it. You build working things from week one. The fundamentals land in a third of the time once you've felt why they matter.

06 — Questions

Common questions

Do I need any experience?

No. Plenty of students arrive having never written a line of code. The plan is built around wherever you actually are.

Am I too old for this?

No. Career-changers in their thirties and forties are who this was built for. Domain knowledge and professional habits are worth a great deal to employers — and a 22-year-old graduate doesn't have them.

Do you help me find a job?

We rewrite your résumé, rebuild your LinkedIn and introduce you to recruiters we know. An introduction is not a job offer, and nobody honest guarantees one. What we control is whether you're ready.

What if it isn't working?

Tell us and we change it, or you stop. Billing is monthly and there's no contract to cancel.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment

Free, about thirty minutes, no pitch. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
